Before MapleVoice, our co-founders spent years embedded with small-business operators — restaurant owners, dentists, real estate teams, auto shops. Every single one told the same story: calls came in faster than staff could handle, voicemails piled up, and competitors with a 24/7 front desk quietly stole the lead.

The AI voice tech existed. The problem was everything around it — setup, scripts, telephony, compliance, ongoing tuning. Owners didn’t want another dashboard. They wanted a managed service that just worked.
